How is RGV Doing?

With Wireless Projects in McAllen and Pharr a NO-GO, and Brownsville having blown over $6million in taxpayer moneys so far, how is Wireless doing in the Valley?

Brownsville has not operated a day in 4 years?  No accountability?  No lawsuits?  No Newspaper follow-ups?    WHY IN YOUR OPINION?
